  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

New color science...

Graeme the rocket scientist. Jim the rockstar. Oh, and RED -- the guys who changed the industry. :)

The skin tones look very nice...but check out that mauve/lavender.
These off-purples can be difficult to accurately reproduce n'est-ce pas?

Hard to see in the low res version, but it rolls around in the light pretty well.
This sort of colour accuracy is vital to the professional use of DMSC for print.

Sorry for my dumb answer...I must have clicked on the 4th page of the thread...not the first.

Very nice CURVES.........I mean GAMMA CURVES

:)

Really, really great - better than any DSLR I've seen in STILLS mode.

I would love to know what settings and workflow were used - is this right out of RedCine-X? Or Redcine->>Resolve, or... (?)

If only you knew the care I took to make nice curves, continuous at every point, smooth and precise.

Graeme
