Hi

I've just switched from a working XP 32bits to a windows 7 64bits, as I should received in a few days Adobe CS5, but I've got a problem now with Redcine-X 346, which was working nicely on my previous system.

I can play with everything and import to the bin, but as soon as I import a file to the player. It crashes. So basicaly I can do nothing.

instruction 0xXXXXXXXx(it changes all the time) ____ memory 0x000000000 (always the same) memory can't be "read". Press OK... I can't cancel

I've google it, and it seems to be a RAM problem. I am currently trying to update every drivers.

Any idea ?

Hi Bérenger,

Do you mind please turing on verbose logging and sending a log file AND system profile to redcinex at red dot com?

Much thanks,
David
