HISTORY...

CUT TO:

THE EPIC...

Great start to "RED: THE SEAS PARTED (THE FUTURE OF DIGITAL CINEMA)" in a cinema near you!!!

History being made

History being made

Ted just found this clip on a long lost tape.. the very first "outisde" test shoot on the first wood box RED ONE prototype.

Classic Stuff...

Guys, that is SO Jobs and Wozniak...

Consider the birth of the Personal Computer industry:

Perhaps all great things start out in wooden boxes. Thank Moore's Law that we won't have to wait as long for the good stuff!

I think history will have great things to say about Jannard and Schilowitz. Congratulations for shaking the very foundations of the cinema industry.

This is why we love RED!

That will either be in an important museum someday, or be sold on eBay for $1 beeeellion dollars.

No, it will remain in perpetuity in Jim's camera collection.

I don't see him selling it, do you?

David

Any other classic shots?

Any other classic shots?

Love that shot.

Here is one of my classic shots from the "early days" shooting RED on set and in production underwater in December '07.

Ingenious cooling system designed, produced and distributed by Kraft Foods.
Were we on build 12 then?

Worked like a charm and was a game changer then.
The final underwater RED system no longer needs the "cooling modules"
and was used to shoot the Golden Jelly fish Lake segment
airing on National Geographic Channel - Great Migrations airing this month.
