Hi,

We are having a major problem here. A client is posting a spot shot with our cameras in 2k 16:9 rc36 with latest build in his Nuke system. According to him, the material is unusable, full of 'trails' and 'too' much grain when imported in nuke natively, and even worst with Dpx conversion.

I'm about to see it by myself, but I've checked my copy of the material and everything is ok, even did some prores and Dpx out from redcinex. According to our client, all his sofware is up to date.

I'm not keen at Nuke and never heard of something like this. Any ideas?.

Thanks!

That's odd. We have just ingested ir an converted in our mistika system and a red rocker station and everything is ok. How can you 'reset' the metadata interpretation in Nuke?
