BLUE BLOODS - premieres on CBS tonight!

[Mark L. Pederson]

Tonight is the premiere of BLUE BLOODS on CBS.

The pilot was F35 - some pick-ups on the RED MX - but starting next week - all RED MX - cameras by OFFHOLLYWOOD.

I hope everyone tunes in - better ratings = more episodes SHOT ON RED!

Writers of "The Sopranos" - starring Tom Selleck, Donnie Wahlberg & Bridget Moynahan.

Tough time slot - so .... set up the DVR!

Early reviews are strong -

"Blue Bloods" excels through its high-tone production values -- Sinatra and Alicia Keys on the soundtrack; urban texture memorably captured across multiple boroughs -- and standout performances from Selleck and Wahlberg, whose moral ambiguity and thinly veiled powder-keg fury, passed down by lineage, promises to fuel the series through a gripping first season -- provided audiences tune in.

Blue Bloods also was one of the first large scale productions to use both the OConnor O-Grips and CFF-1 follow focus as part of their production package.

Looking forward to seeing it and great job to everyone at Offhollywood!

and just picked up for another season!

I'm happy for you, but in the interest of accuracy, unless we're now redefining what a network television season is, it was picked up for the remainder of the current season, what has for many years been referred to as a "back nine." Next season is another thing altogether, and won't be decided until the end or close to the end of this season, likely around April or May of next year.
