Request for Photoshop ACR support for R3D snapshots

Hi Dave et al,

with the latest RedCine-X now allowing for single frame R3D snapshots, I would love to see the next version of ACR support the R3D format for ingest into Photoshop CS5!

Imagine being able to create not only an XMP sidecar file, but an RMD sidecar file for R3D snapshots, that can be back-processed in Premiere, RedCine-X etc.

So much potential power to colour correct.... this could be the missing link, found, for colour grading R3D footage with secondaries, grad ND masks etc. The mind boggles at the possibilities....

I think it would be amazing to have R3D files integrated into ACR.

I'm supposed to be having a chance to do a big 1-hour sit-down session with the entire After Effects team and engineers, arranged by Troy Church from Adobe. Maybe I will make a thread soon to try to nail down the top 10 ideas we all have, including features for R3D files plus timelapse CR2. Much of this will tie into Premiere as well.
