Does anybody know what causes this.

Temp outside was nice nothing hot.
Build 30
MX sensor
its only on 1 frame and its only on half the frame.

Viewing it in RCX i also get it baked in when exporting the image.

Any ideas?

Thanks
Luis Flores jr.

Split Frame

Yeah, contact RED tech support and also retrieve the camera's LOG file.

Did you get this problem fixes Luis - and what did the trick?

Does this happen in the card ? Or only after copying ?

Will be great if you can find that

same corrupt half frames that look red - bunt only with red rocket

same corrupt half frames that look red - bunt only with red rocket

got the same here. 4 frames a day corrupt in the left part of the image.

but only with REDRocket and REDCINE-X ( 258 )

software is fine there.

also the proxies are fine.

with rocketcinex it is fine too

and... it only happens during 8 out of 10 playbacks or prores renders.

so looks like some corrupt bits get the red rocket together with redcine stuck

will try redince x 252 now if rocket goes without a problem.

greetings from location in georgia

It looks like half the frame was not de-bayered.. Has this happened with only MX sensors? Have you tried running Red undead?

i dunno it might be no debayer,

sometimes these Frames are reddish covered or yellowish, and sometimes they are in the left part or sometimes in the right part of the image.

It only shows with the REDRocket enabled in REDCINE-X (it shows in 258 and 252, didn't test older ones), and there it shows in 8 out of 10 Playbacks / Renders / Screenshots only.

See attached jpgs and camera logfile

It does not show in Rocketcine X nor the Proxies nor wit

Which version of rocket firmware/driver are you on?

I upgraded to 1.3.3 with Most recent fimware, and th error persists. Red support and redcine x support have all the log files error descriptions and also a r3d with the error in it under tcket number 51351

would be nice to have this solved soon. Makes me look like fail in front of producer with the what I proposed before so good and shiny new rocket .

Thx a lot

Hi,

Got the same problem right now, any solution ?

regards

At least a way to disable Redrocket in Redcine-X. Only way found is to open a previous version of redcine-X, load a .R3D so that the card is "active" and re-encode with another Redcine-X that don't use the card.

What you guys do ?
