  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

I am resurrecting this spec commercial I shot way back in March of 2008. With the recent developments of HDRx.. I wanted to re-post this since I think this commercial rings more true than ever.

I intended it to be a fun project to express my passion and devotion to the red program. Special thanks goes to Kenneth Nguyen who gave me the kick-start in making this happen..and to all those who donated their precious time to help put this piece together. Of course this all made possible because of Jim's vision for creating an amazing tool for us.

And, YES I had the privilege of having our own Ketch Rossi for his very first onscreen debut. =)

OMG!! KETCH!! NO YOU DIDN'T!!! HAHAHAH!!!!

Epic. ;)

How come I never saw this? Hilarious. Seems comfortable now, but the real date will be with 15 stops in one exposure plus all other specs the way they are now. Thanks Tonaci.

Not saying that it needs it, but I would totally go back and re-finish this with the new color science.

LOL. Ketch told me about this, but I had never seen this. Thanks for posting Tonaci!

The only thing that would have made it better would have been if the quality of the image in the commercial was better than film.
