So I have what looks like old school green only monitoring in my EVF. white is white when the camera is booted just long enough for the "EVF not selected message" but then turns all green immediately afterwards. What is causing this and how can i fix it?

Tried a different build same problem. tried a fresh black shading same problem. Looked at every possible reason to no avail. Cord does not cause any flickering or any such thing. EVF shows no colour problems at all until the signal from the camera kicks in, at which point everything turns Green. HELP!

So ran some tests and it's definitely the evf. Cable is fine so is camera. Any ideas?

Seems like the RGB component cycling may be stuck on green. The EVF uses sequential R,G,B display... Probably need to send it in for service.

Did you re-install the Build?
If you're on an MX camera switch on the camera with the EVF connected, we had some problems again with EVFs after upgrading.
Try the camera with an other EVF to be sure that the problem is in the EVF.
Buy a Bomb EVF that I hope will solve all this problems...
Good Luck!

Thanks everyone. Contacted Red for repair. Thomas, when you had this repair done, what was the cost?

Well i will wait for their assesment, then decide whether or not to go through insurance.

Thanks for your info though guys. greatly appreciated.
