  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Hi guys,

at last, after much work, tough, and turning it around in any way possible and imaginable,
I have come to the final conclusion (ben forced to) that time has come for me to prepare for the “FINAL FAREWELL TO MY BELOVED AMERICA” :sad:

My health condition is simply not getting any better, and it has become very hard for me to continue here by my self,
especially because I refuse to slow down :001_tt2:

But even so I have been blessed with some PA work and recommendation from one Production company to an other,
and the always fantastic support of the guys over at RED, which has allowed me to make some income from home while finding them Cameras and other gear,
it simply is not what I want to do, and my projects have been put on hold for too long, so is time to take all my Dreams back home to Italy.

Upon my return to Italy, I will need to urgently do a month or two of Hospitalization,
but after that I will be back on track and looking to re-open a Studio there and proceed with what I have been planing for my entire Life.

I want to give a Resounding “THANK YOU” to all of you which have followed my ventures, helped my Dreams, and supported my Projects,
putting up with my Drama and many threads over the years, I enjoy meeting each and every one of you,
and look forward to continue this friendship started in this Forum, which has made of us a “GLOBAL FAMILY” and look forward to see many of you visit me in Italy,
and I look forward to visit many of you in your own Country during my “Global Photographic Journey” for my non-profit project, that I will begin next year.

Even so I’m selling out just about everything including my house, I want you to know that I’m also buying up everything I need to re-start fresh in Italy with a new facility to continue my Dreams,
stronger then ever, and with all of you in my Hearth and Mind, and hope to see you join my ventures in Italy, and create together some amazing and magical stories.


EDIT:

For those of you that I have assisted and am continuing to assist with Projects in Pre-Production,
as well as for the Lease with Option to Purchase agreements, please DO NOT WORRY,
I will be 100% in charge of making sure that I continue to take care of you even if I will be in Italy,
and actually in most cases with the Opening of the New Studios I will be able to even do better ;)

BTW: Even so there is no way around the absolute need to Move back Home, I am doing much better,
in fact I was allowed to Drive again..that is why I was at Red Studios Hollywood recently ;)

I really hope everything is alright, Ketch! That month or two of hospitalization does not sound too fun, but if it helps you get better, then I suppose it's for the best. Hopefully you can come back here someday. If I make my way over to Italy, I'll definitely have to visit. :)
 
Always nice to see your attitude Ketch. I hope we meet in Italy soon, specially when I finally learn to speak Italian, you know, honor my name and the name of the family, hahaha.

I'm sure this journey has taught you a lot and you'll begin this new venture stronger than ever.

Yeah nice girls we have in Italy for sure, but those are EVERY WERE ha ha!!

everything will be okay, you know me, just that things have to change before is too late.

After two years in the Hospital, actually one or two months does not sound bad at all, and this time around I have tone of gear that I'm bringing with to work while there, so time will fly, and maybe I'll take some pics of the Nurses he he.

I will always make it back to the USA for work, but will only be for very limited visits.

You are most welcome in Italy.. Any time.

I try to be strong and inspire others, always to see the best and better of things is the better way of approaching life's unexpected step backs.

Hope to see you in Italy too, and yes, I look forward to Re-Charge stronger then ever and from Home reach the Dreams I have been working so hard my entire life for.
 
Ketch, I really don't know you but have followed your posts her the past few months. I pray for a rapid recovery from what's ailing you, a supernaturally fast healing. And then on to your dreams. These is much left to do. Remember a goal is a dream with a time limit. God bless you.

"a dream with a time limit" and since time is not on my side, I must move my A$#@@! ha ha, and hurry up and get better and on with it Persevering as always!!

The good thing - for me, is that now you'll be closer. I have allways wanted to hook up with you a little while and see what you're doing, and maybe be of some help, if I can. You're welcome here, if you should stop by Norway!

America was a nice dream but after 8 years of Bush that finished with a huge economic collapse

opportunity for a kind of new era of American Dream probably has to get some years to came back and recover...

Sorry for the ills, but hopefully the surroundings of familiar comforts or home and family will complete the healing.

But don't loose contact with the community you help on such a frequent and valuable frequency.

It is sad to hear that you are leaving the US and certainly before completing your projects, however, your health is the most important thing. I hope that the hospitalization isn't as bad as it sounds and that it gives you a new energy.

On a personal note, I'm bummed that I never got to meet you at a Red event. Your posts, energy, and willingness to share about your struggles have given myself and surely many other people out there much inspiration.

Do what you have to do to make your dreams / projects happen! We're all pulling for you and can't wait to see the fruits of your labor. Also I trust your relocation won't keep you from posting in Reduser... I'll be sure to look for updates on your projects!

I remember meeting you for the first time when we both were involved with LART (Los Angeles RED Test) back in 2007. It's been great seeing you here and there over the years.

I wish you only the best. Have a safe trip home and have a fast recovery.

Take good care and wishing you healthy there.
Although I haven't buy any things from you up on last few email conversation,
your great servicing and kindest of helping are always appreciate...

Just make sure don't forget to drop me a message no-matter you traveling to Hong Kong or Mainland China,
I based in Guangzhou right now, but traveling around Shanghai & Beijing for the shooting, so, once you come I might can be your tours guide here.
