Additional shipping option....

In response to many international RED customers reporting issues with FedEx, RED will now offer DHL as a second shipping option.

For customers outside the United States, we will begin using DHL for all warranty repair/eval shipping. In addition, international customers can choose FedEx or DHL for new product sales. (For now, we will ship by FedEx unless the customer specifies they want DHL).

For our US customers, nothing changes - FedEx for all shipping.

Thanks and I hope the addition of DHL for our international customers gives them a little more flexibility and more satisfaction...

DHL delivered my brand new Red Pro Zoom 17-50 a few days ago.
I did not asked for DHL. But I am happy that RED has choosen DHL...
