EPIC used on Entourage?

[Paul Rosckes]

Well, I'm not sure if it was used as a camera, but it was definitely used as a prop! In tonight's season premier, Nick Cassavetes (playing himself) is shown shooting a scene with an Epic from inside a stunt car. Anyone from RED care to comment?

The epics are props (I think) and I believe it was shot on a RED ONE MX, if anything just the promo was shot on a MX (and 35mm film I believe).

edit: I have no idea weather the epics are props or semi working epics, the playback in the episode could have been from an epic, though I doubt it.

YES!

It was awesome to see the Epic, even as a prop in a lot of shots, including some big profiles shots with the giant RED logo faced perfectly to camera. Man that camera is small! Also the prop camera that they're using to shoot the movie that Vince is in is a RED ONE which was pretty rad too.

yeeehaw!
