Apple XML -> Clipfinder-> Red Cine X

Need some ClipFinder Help.

I exported my XML from FCP to ClipFinder and all of the in-points were at zero, so each shot had a tremendous amount of head. Tried a simple EDL into clipfinder, but the edit points were not frame accurate.

I was able to import clips into RedCineX but the clips never matched the original edit in FCP.

Can anyone help me with a "ClipFinder for Dummies" step by step instructions for making this work? The ability to best-light my edits would be huge.
