ProRes 4444 export not working

Anytime I export with a preset that is set to export to QT ProRes 4444, the resulting file is ProRes 422.

MacPro 8-core
Rocket Card (updated to latest driver/firmware)
10.6.3
QT 7.6.6

I have no problems exporting to ProRes 4444 in any other application, and haven't had any issues exporting to 4444 in RedCine-X before using this build and RocketCard driver/firmware update. The last RCX build I was using was 247.

Hmmm...

So the first two clips in a batch transcode came out as 422, but the 3rd clip ended up 4444. The plot thickens.

...and they're all 4444 after those first two clips.
