Okay, so I have an extra iPhone 4 to sell because I ordered thru 2 sources that morning "just in case". It's unopened, has 32GB of memory and comes with the Apple Black Bumper Case.

Asking $975 OBO.

Replacement cost (without AT&T 2-Year Contract) is like $754 with tax + upgrade or activation fee so it's not that much of a premium if someone wants/needs one now and isn't eligible for upgrade. If I don't sell it on here, I'll likely list on eBay. They've been selling for as much as $1,190 plus you can trust me with your money and that you'll get it tomorrow morning vs. buying blind on eBay.

Buyer pays shipping but I can ship overnight today before 4:30PM Pacific.

What are you talking about, that's a $700 mark up!

Good luck Michael, I hope you find someone that needs it that bad...

Actually to buy an the 32GB iPhone outside AT&T and APPLE is $699 so $758 inlcuding Taxes, so this would be only a $242 mark up, no bad at all for those that do not wish to spend insane hours in line and want it now.

Obviously if you will get an AT&T contract then is a different story as your mark up will be $639 since you would pay $361 for the phone at AT&T and or Apple, but agin if you plan on Jail Braking the phone go for it, they will not be many out there any time soon.

Apple is sold out through July - I've heard anyway.

Wait, why would anyone pay more than $300 bucks for it? Even if you're gonna jailbreak it? Whatever, it's just a phone...

Well, it's only $300+tax if you sign "or renew" a 2-year contract with AT&T that costs on average $70 per month. The unsubsidized cost is about $754 with tax. Many people jailbreak them or use them on other networks in other countries and/or don't want to be tied to a 2-year AT&T contract.

For me to sell this one, I'll be giving up eligibility for upgrade for 2 years on that line and if I want the same phone, I'll have to pay $754+.
