Audio Fault during recording

We've a newly MX'd red working in a studio setting today. Two hours in to shooting one to two minute takes and the camera will report an "Audio Fault" stop recording and then hang necessitating a reboot. The camera has started running a little hot before going in for MX, and I've now adjusted the fan to "hot" settings as we are not shooting sound. I also turned off the two active sound channels so now the camera is recording picture only. I'll report back but wanted to see if anyone else is running into these issues.

Camera settings btw:

4K HD, 29.97 fps, ISO 320, Redcode 36, 180 degree angle running on house power. Factory installed build 30.5.0.

Anyone know anything about this? I had the same problem myself. It was with an extra-long shot, maybe 5 minutes or so. The 1st and 2nd audio channels were enabled, though I didn't have a mic plugged in. It was hot out, but no sign of overheating. I'd really like to fix this, as it'd be nice to have a scratch audio track.

I had a similar problem months ago, with build 21: the audio channels were enabled, although I wasn't recording audio. sometimes when I tried to playback the clips I had the same error message...

We seem to be having this issue too on our newly mx'd camera on build 30.5. Camera shuts off around 10mins...
