  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Hi, i just saw on http://nikonrumors.com/ new D4. Maybe its fake may not.
But if its real it will be great Bcam or even Acam with RAW recording.

1. That would be neat, but definitely looks a bit rendered. And if they really are pushing all of that through that camera, hooray for Nikon.

2. Look at the comments on the original post. Some serious RED misunderstandings there...
 
The perspective is all screwed up in the bottom image. Also funny how an FX (full frame) camera would have a 16:9 sensor in there. Hehe. Overall, not a particularly good fake.

As for comments there on the original post. Seems pretty typical. There is tons and tons of misunderstanding and misinformation out there regarding RED. It doesn't help when fanboys and even representatives of the other big camera companies are intentionally spreading this misinformation too. Consumers buy into the FUD, especially when most of these DSLR forums are being flooded by people who just bought a 7D and now think they're a DP... Sad, but true.
 
2k or 1080p wouldn't be raw unless they're a centre crop. Someone has was too much photoshop time on their hands.
