  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Amazing work... but somehow doesn't "work"

Seems like one of those ideas that sounded good on paper, but somehow doesn't come across as showing the concept they wanted

Perhaps I am tired and others "get it"?

Not cpmplaining about the DP, lighting, so much as the concept. So apologies to anyone here who might have worked on it:)

This was discussed some were else as well.

personally I see various elements of excellence at work here, one being the originality from the the stand point of creating something for a commercial that has not been done before.

Two this is a cleaver idea to literally show how an Engine works, and the job performed by the Oil and how important that is.

Three, an incredible craftsmanship when on here, and I admire that.

Finally, it was shot under fantastic lighting and great angles, not an easy thing to do with transparent reflective surfaces like this, so great job to every one involved for sure.

This is the modern era of thinking, I love it!

Agreed..was expecting to see alot of shots of oil zipping around through
the engine..but guess that is not what really happens..the oil actually
only hits a few spots and that reality is not so visually interesting.
Altough certainly the glass model itself is visually impressive.
