Canon EF lens

I own a 7D. I own multiple EF prime lenses. None have manual aperture adjustment. Am I correct to assume that these will not work with the Scarlet?

They should work fine with the Canon electronic mount for Scarlet and Epic. It's supposed to control aperture electronically.

If you're using the S35 Scarlet or Epic, the field of view will be about the same as the 7D.

If you're using the 2/3" Scarlet, the field of view will be much narrower (basically eliminating your wide angle view.)

i believe they clearly stated that new camera release will have an official canon EF lens, with data link, you should be fine...

Is there way to use EF lenses on the red one aswell - controlling the Iris with a specific mount?
