Lenses that work for both 2/3 and S35?

If I get an Scarlet 2/3 interchangeable now and later a S35. Wich red lenses can I use for both? Is it any equivalent to the fixed that you can get to the interchangeable Scarlet?

Any lens that covers S35 will cover the 2/3" single sensor -- it will be similar to how people shooting Super-16 use S35 PL-mount lenses.

What about quality of the image. I have heard others mention that using the S35 lens results in a softer and/or lower resolved detailed on the 2/3 sensor.

Smaller sensors with higher pixel density require higher quality lenses, better resolution and MTF, than larger sensors for best performance.
I don't think there will be much issue with good cine lenses like the RPP's or premium quality still lenses other than you need shorter focal lengths for wide angle coverage than is commonly available for 35mm.
Cheap 35mm still lenses will likely produce softer images on the 2/3" compared to good 16mm glass, the fixed Scarlet zoom, or the mini-primes.
