4.5k scope mode possible on 8 gb cards ?

Hi is the 4.5k scope recording modus possible with the 8 gb cf cards ?

and my second question would be.what is the highest data rate possible for the 8 gb cf card, is it still redcode 36 or is 42 also possible ?

redcode 28 only, also I've had dropped frames on the non red lexar 300 cards,
but the red 8gb cards work fine.

wow ok. i thought rc 36 was possible.
would you suggest to use the red raid for handheld work ? or will i get dropped frames ?

do i get higher redcode with 4.5k on red drive ?

Yes, you can go to RC42 on the RED Drive at 4.5K. You shouldn't get dropped frames with the Drive doing handheld work. Unless you are throwing yourself into walls. :mad2:

we will be shooting handheld from a willy jeep im not sure if the vibration will cause droped frames i think for that we will use the 8 or 16gb cards.
