Can't Transcode with Redrushes v.21.0.0

Just shot a beautiful student film on the Red. Love this camera, but I'm new to much of this.

I'm having a problem that I can't figure out.

I'm trying to use Redrushes (I have version 21.0.0) to transcode my 4K Raw Red files into Avid's DNxHD 175 X. I can load the clips in but when I press Start, the program quickly rushes through the files leaving a 0% progress all the way down.

I got it to work a month ago, but since then, I loaded both Avid MC 4.0.5 and Final Cut Pro Studio 7 onto my Intel MacBook Pro. I'm not sure what to do and can't find any manual for Redrushes. Doesn't anyone have an idea how I can get this to work. I've attached a screen capture of what is happening.

Make sure there are no funny characters like @ # $ % in the file path and folder names. Letters, numbers, dashes and slashes only

Doh! Just looked at that screen shot you posted, the "&" character is a no-no
