Dino! Congrats!! A very blessed and awesome event for you.

I have two sons myself and love it, it feels like I've been reincarnated twice over and get to watch myself.

Cheers

Congrats Dino. My new baby girl is due Saturday and I hear 2 kids are a task and a half. I also hear you had a shoot with a good friend of mine a couple of weeks back. Again congrats.

got the roll over and first steps of the first guy in 4k 2:1 rc28...should have the new guy in at least 5k.

Make sure you take plenty of 2K 120fps of those guys. It's amazing what you miss in a child's expressions and personality at 24fps. You'll probably be able to shoot 5K at 120fps sooner than the rest of us. I can't think of a better use of the technology. :)

Congratulations on the new Mini-Dino!

It would be way cool if you scored a fixed lens Scarlet when they're available and used that as your "Mini-Dino" documentary camera. Obviously fixed Scarlet will be a seriously professional camera for productions - but it will also be a small, mobile camera to just take with you everywhere to document things you see and do.

From one dad (and grandpa) to another dad, congratulations man!

thanks gibby... and as far as scarlet...that would be great, sad thing is my sony hc3 was damaged and i did not know it cause i have not used it for a long while, so when i got to the hospital and realized that i didnt have a video camera other than my wife's g10, i ran out and bought the cheapest hd sony hdd and shot parts of the day with that...it is 600+ bucks i could have put into a scarlet, maybe ill return it after i get the footage off of it and say i didnt like it...

and my first guy was practically the testing model for red one high speed, every build that came out and gave us new features were first tested in the alpha program with footage of him or audio of him...so looking forward to doing that with the epic of the new guy...

thanks guys a few more hours and we are going home from the hospital...it has been great seeing all of your messages and to feel all the love...thank you again.
