Build 30.5 RED RAM

We keep getting the sata trans error when trying to play back clips on the RED RAM. We've tried re-flashing the camera, different RAMs and different cables. Nothing seems to solve it. Any ideas?

Seem to be getting it on build 21 as well.

I think I just put about 20+ days on ones of my RAM's and 6 on the other. Both build 21 & 30.5.

No issues here.

The fact that you are seeing it across two versions of software, suggests you may have minor hardware issue that needs to be resolved.

As Deanan suggested, please contact RED technical support and they can schedule an inspection / repair.
