RCX - DNxHD resizing error

Im working onset on a 4 week feature production with RCX (build 221). Im outputting AVID MXF DNxHD files. Im using an export preset (DNxHD 185/ 8bit, 1920x1080). Everything seems to work really well. But the cutter assistant told me, that there are some clips, which do not have the right aspect ratio. We're shooting 2:1 4K, so the rendered HD Clips should have letterbox bars on the top and bottom. I was told that some clips do not have these bars and are vertically streched. I've rerendered these clips in RCX but without any luck. Tried it in RockertCineX and the clips will render just as they should. But I actually want to use RCX. So now i have two questions:
Does anybody know that problem and have a solution? Is there a way to exchange lookpresets between RCX and RocketCineX?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Is it repeatable with those clips?
Can you send us the log files and the clip info to redcinex@red?
It sounds like the framing wasn't set for those clips.
