    Last I heard from RED on Jan 11th in the afternoon was "Your order will be shipped by the end of this week." Assuming, based on the previous couple comments, that means I'm shafted again as well. For reference, they've had my money since the end of October.

    I think it would make way more sense in terms of communication if RED would just keep a daily updated shipping calendar with estimates based on purchase date to -> shipping date, so we can stop bothering their support staff.. We get it, pandemic sucks, but the communication doesn't have to.

    I got a Jan 15 guesstimate on Monday also. No new since, but there are people receiving Komodos, so they're making progress, at least.

    They've had my money since October also, but I have a feeling that if I'd asked, they'd have been willing to split things up for me -- they've done it before. But I didn't ask, because this way I get to deduct my Komodo bux for my 2020 taxes, so for me it's a bit of a wash.

    A bit more communication would be nice, but I'd be happy with weekly updates about their progress. The real bear for Red now is probably the fact their supply chain being heavily randomized, which makes all of their guesstimates tough.

    Yeah A little more communication would be nice.. Maybe it’s wishfull thinking but i’ve got the feeling that we’re getting real close now. Hard to stay optimistic but we’ll see.

    Direct from Red orders from around our order date are landing in people's hands now, so at least Red is making progress even though it's not as much progress as any of us were hoping for including Red.
