Default HYPOTHERMIA rolling on MX

One week into our first feature film shot 100% on RED ONE with MX sensor.

This film is going to kick ass.

We are putting the MX to test on this one. Shooting on a frozen lake upstate New York - almost entirely exterior. You don't even want to know how cold it is.

A new prototype from Cine Hardware (Eric J. Johnston's company) - not sure if they will go into production or not now that Eric is at O'Connor. We have a couple in rental. It's on the EVF in the picture.

Hey Mark,
is that a T-bag you using there? If yes i'm noticing a lot of space not used behind the camera. I'm really close to buy the Compact but would like to test it before.
It looks like you having a blast out there, really would love to see some footage.

T-bag rules! Yeah - I like the room because you can fit the Optimo Rouge with room to spare. Abel has them in stock and on display. GREAT product.

Footage from this and other recent films we have worked on will be in a new 4K OFFHOLLYWOOD REEL we are putting together in time for NAB.

We have a 35 Superspeed in there. So that definitely makes it seem like there is a ton of room, BUT I certainly would not go smaller.

Is the port in front of the bag plastic or glass? For the price tag, I would expect glass, even if it is more fragile than plastic and impossible to polish off when scratched, but this bag is intended for a lot of half/half or over/under shots, where glass shines as water does't stick to it as it does with plastic.
