Default Screen Grabs!!!

SCREEN GRABS!!!
(Not yet color corrected)

We learned right away not to "think small" on this production...
but even our grandest of expectations were exceeded by the 100+ extras
who showed up at Scottsdale Airport for a crucial scene!!

Though technically not part of this particular story, we took
the liberty of bringing in King's infamous "LOW MEN" to our version
(for a cameo). The temptation to do so, for a couple of überfans like
us, was too strong to abstain from...

Jesus Christ! I have heard "the camera really likes her" many
times before...but the camera absolutely poo pooing adored and canonized
our "FINDER" character, played by the inexplicably beautiful model/actress
Lauren Alonzo.

The ASU campus was a marvelous location. It served as double
to no less than four completely different set-ups/scenes including the
exhilarating "Library Chase" scene and the pivotal "Newspaper Stand"
sequence (pictured above).

We got permission from King to adapt this short story but we do not (currently) have any commercial rights. Basically we can't sell it without further permission from King. However we are allowed, and encouraged, to submit to any and all film festivals so that people and fans can see the film. Perhaps with a great final product and some luck we will be able to negotiate another form of release to get the film out to more people!

As to how we got the rights to shoot it, it was just a matter of contacting the right people and picking a story that has no option out on it. Then it just took some time and persistence.

Don't know yet. We sent him some of the screen grabs this week but we haven't heard anything. Chances are that we won't hear anything until we send him the final product. We haven't had any direct contact with Mr. King for this project. All contact has been through his personal assistant.

Looks interesting and I see you worked with Shane. I was a DP on a 48hr Film Project with him. Fun guy to be around. I'm planning on shooting a couple projects in the Phoenix area in the coming months. Some of the things I shoot I just can't do in the LA area. Plus I'm sick of this place and all their BS.

I'm looking forward to seeing this when its done.
