Can`t get in contact with Red support

Hi RED

I have tried to download BUILD 17 and the user manual for 16 hours.
I really need the new build because I´m going into production very soon and there is a bit of testing before that.
Is it my connection or does all you out there have the same problem too.

today is the wrong day....the whole red team is drunk right now i guess

I had problems downloading upgrades before, and it was really as simple as:

try downloading with a different browser...
