Double Data Software or ShotPut Pro

I am looking for a program for offloading and verifying footage in the field. I have seen threads about Double Data and ShotPut Pro. Are those the two best programs out there? I would like to have a program that is able to handle a mix of footage since I work with more than just R3D files.

We make an app called YoYottaID that does what you need, recently it was used at a Muse concert in Rome with 16 cameras, 8 laptops and 66 memory cards !
