Epic shipped to RED. (Ordered Jan 31st, last person on the first page's list). Looks like they're handling at least some 2014 orders now.

Hey, do you guys mind if I ask how you're going about the packing to send back the bodies to Red Studios? I don't have the original box, nor the black box that some people have. I was thinking maybe just to buy a pelican case with pluck and foam and shipping it in that.

I'm using the black box it came in. But without it, I would just put it in a small cardboard box full of Bubble Wrap and then put that box into a slightly bigger box full of peanuts or paper. (Peanuts are super dusty I wouldn't use them as a primary packing in the same container as the brain without an extra box to isolate the two). I also have a pelican to ship for rentals but the pelican is HEAVY and expensive to ship compared to cardboard. But with two layers of cardboard I would feel safe shipping it.

1 foot square box and tones of bubble wrap works fine.
