    They weren't directly compared. We just shot outside after the test was over. They were not a part of this test (only fast t1.3-t1.5 invited).

    I'm curious, while you had the lenses on the bench, did you measure *actual* focal lengths and transmission values?

    (it's not entirely unknown for some manufacturers to err on the side of optimism, shall we say? No names, no pack drill...)

    Nope, but I made some calculated measurements from the Stress Test setup, which isn't "exactly" the right way to do that, but it shows some useful info.

    Thanks guys. Really one of the most useful and thoughtful tests that I have seen in a long time.
    Shame about the Cooke's. They should have sent their lenses themselves, the test was that good.
