I'm on a Win7/64 machine and using the DNxHD codec to export out of Resolve v9b3 but am experiencing a setup/gamma lift in the exported Quicktime files. I called Resolve support and they suggested trying to change "set to video or data level" and it is a better when I set to "Unscaled full range data" but it still isn't perfect.

I've tried all the MXF output options to see if they came out clean but none of the CS6 apps can read any of them.

Any suggestions on how to correct this gamma/setup issue (LUT?) and then get it into CS6?

I can confirm this - it doesn't happen when rendering from Scratch, and I also think it was fine in 8.2.2 and maybe even v9b2 - I rendered some DNxHD there a week ago and didn't notice problems.

I can, however, open DNxHD mxf in Premiere Pro CS6, but unfortunately the duration and reported timecode is incorrect... maybe a bug on Adobe's part as they open fine in other softwares.

Agreed. I've always been able to export DNxHD QT's out of ScratchLab flawlessly.

Just found the fix for this in Resolve (v9b3) thanks to Dwaine from Davinci Support.

Under the project project config go to \master project settings\colour space\ and set it to VIDEO LEVELS. Then go to Delivery\Output\Set video or data level\ and change it to UNSCALED.

Once you change both settings everything is once again right with the world.
