Hello, I have been having a problem with dark images. it looks exposed and correctly brightened in the camera, but not when i look at the footage on my pc. Yes i can push up the gain, but it introduces noise. Is the camera doing any brightness for previewing? how should i go about doing this?

Are you previewing RAW on cam and viewing it as RG3 + RC3 on your pc?

Are you using your exposure meters and histogram in the camera or just trusting what you see on the LCD?

I know it's a personal choice but I am going to have to stop clicking on your posts - your pic gives me the creeps.

Thanks guys. I think its RAW (just did a firmware re-install, not sure how to set it, but i applied a raw preset and it seemed to do nothing) Yeah RG3 and RC3 (tried 2, not much diff)
Will do, here ya go: http://www.mediafire.com/?5ukf7jsasp8x20n
No, i use the meters. But i would like to expose using the lcd. It can be done. I would like to first fix why they look fine in the camera, underexposed in post.

you are two stops under exposed.
first Id try using iso 800, then use your meter or use the exposure tools in the camera. You should never expose looking at your monitor only
