back focus problem? with 16mm lens Zeiss MII

hi,
I bought a Zeiss 8mm MII PL for 16mm.
Wide for 2k 120 frames R1MX
I have a Allstar-mount, and some lens, zoom and prime.
The lens Zeiss 8mm does not focus to infinity, all other yes.
back focus problem? but only for one lens??

I measured:
to infinity, focuses to 1.45 meters!!

remove about 0.07-0.1mm shim from under the mount and it should get you pretty close.

the shim should be under the stainless PL mount.
Just take out the screws and lift it.
you need a precise measuring tool to check the (shim) thickness- preferably a micrometer.
