I have Scratch in my machine, and when I launch RCX, my panel is fine, but once I hit play on the Wave, the panel reverts to Scratch mode, I have to restart RCX, and it works for a while, then back to Scratch any suggestions.

This sounds like a similar issue to what we're seeing with Resolve. When Resolve is configured to use the Tangent Element or Wave panels, it grabs control of them even when it's not running. This is likely what Scratch is doing as well. I don't have a copy of Scratch on hand at the moment. If you can, see if you can disable the Element from within Scratch, and then try using it in REDCINE-X.
