I know of the problems with 4K & 2K if the format is 16/9 in quicktime.
But has any discovered problems when shooting with this format if you convert to DPX, Tiff,...?

I´ve been testing DPX outputs from Scratch and REDCINE and it seems
that you get DPX files without problems in Scratch. In Redcine you get the
DPX files but REDCINE make a CRASH after it is done with the export.
The DPX files look nice so i guess you can go the 16/9 way.

    Any experiences here?

A new REDCINE release is only a day away...

Jim you just made my month...again!

I love Redcine but I can't wait to try a newer, faster version.

Does this new Redcine include Graeme's new secret speed recipes?

This new release is a bug release which has been slightly delayed but should be out this week.

We are working on speed improvements every week.
