Mocha AE CS6 with R3d Files

Does Mocha AE CS6 work with R3d footage? I'm getting the "unsupported file format" message.

I have not tried it yet. However assuming you have AE working with the footage, but not mocha, then your best bet is to render an intermediate. Many use Mocha only for motion tracking data anyway, so rendering an intermediate will give you this and then you can throw it away. I seem to recall on one of my other projects I had some footage that AE would read but mocha wouldn't, but I don't recall the details.
