I would definitely be interested in this module!
What about interchangeable plates for different battery types (AB and v-mount/idx)... Or is that stupid? Just thinking how hot the dionics are... they match perfectly with DSMC size.
I would much rather use AB batteries since that is what is more common in my market.
I am actually kind of surprised that this wasn't one of the first modules created. I would think it would have been much better to use existing batteries rather than create new ones, at least to start. With Jarred giving in to the requests so easily I wonder if this module wasn't already on the drawing board ;)
I would buy four. I like the idea of DTAP because we use it regularly, and a USB tap makes sense .. makes up for the loss of RedMote charging capability directly from the connector pins. So this can be more than just a v-lock or AB battery module .. it can be a more complete power i/o solution.

i'm in also, if there is usb and dtap.
+1 me too also...
I'd buy one today.
+1 here.
If theres is DTAP already, great.
If there would be USB (just for the power, no 'through-brain'), then it would be even better.
EDIT: And please make it usable with the power in on the bottom in parallel. This way it could be run with power supply attached or hot swap with other power or whatnot. Would open up a gazillion of possibilities.
I would definitely buy this with the Pro IO module. Plus, I'd keep my Viewfactor APU plate when I need a small configuration (I don't use the Red Volts).
