I am wondering if anyone has tried using 16mm lomo lenses for 4k. If so how bad is the vignetting, if any.

Just curious what the benefit of this might be? Vs. 35mm lomos which are already dirt cheap for how good they are.

Never ever going to happen. Abandon the idea. Take the 4k frame, then put a hole punch in the center of it like we did back on workprint. That's what 16mm vignetting looks like on 4k.
