Hi. I am running Premiere Pro CS6 on PC. I installed the latest Red Importer from Adobe in order to get Redcolor3 and Redgamma3 support, but now I am having some strange problems.

I can still import files manually (right-click and select import, browse my computer, find the files), and when I open them everything works fine, and I do have access to Redcolor3 and Redgamma3. So far so good.

But when I try to use the much more convenient "Media Browser" Pane built into Premiere, the program freezes whenever I browse to my R3D files and forces me to quit the program.

Any help or insight would be much appreciated!

    EDIT: I SOLVED THIS ISSUE.

if i remember correctly it had something to do with where you save the original files that you replace when you install the adobe importer. when you save the original files anywhere inside the premiere program folder, it gets confused and things get wacky. you have to save the backup files in a completely different part of your hard drive.
