Hello, I need help from the RED community. I purchased a Scarlet-X camera back in December. Since then I have not been able to use the camera to it's fullest. Originally when I received the camera I had trouble with the side-handle as it would not hold the REDVOLT batteries properly. I returned the handle and within a few days I received a new handle. The other issue I have been facing is that I have had no Iris Control over the Canon and Sigma lenses that I have. Today I received my camera back from RED and I still have no iris control on what I believe to be a supported lens. I am currently running Firmware Version 3.2.16 and I am currently testing a 20mm EF Canon lens. Am I missing something? This and my other lenses work on my Rebel T2i. This has been a very frustrating customer experience so far and I would like to solve it as soon as possible. Here are photos of the lens and my screen:

Any advice and help would be appreciated.

May seem obvious, but is your lens firmly seated and the collar tightened. (I sometimes forget to tighten the outer ring on the mount.)

The simplest answer is usually the correct one. All my lenses are working.

    Thanks Terry.

If I can take that to mean you solved the problem by tightening the mounting collar, I am glad it was such an easy fix.

I also found this an intermittent issue. For some reason iris control works fine with my sigma 17-70 ONLY when IS is disabled. Turn off the camera, make sure IS switch on lens is set to OFF, Remove and remount lens, then boot up the camera. In my experience the Iris control works and your stop is visible once you turn IS off. Best of luck.
