Not sure why a perfectly valid thread was shut down, but I have still been unable to locate Torrey Loomis from Silverado to obtain my $5600 order or a refund for the same.

Hi Torrey, i know you'll be able to read the messages in this thread. I hope you'll made good with your promise to return the USD 25,000 that we paid you for the Mac Pro system with Cubix expander that we ordered 1.5 years ago. We are just really puzzled what happened to you coz years back you always make good with your transaction. Piece of advice, whatever it takes return what you owe or you'll loose everything.... our industry is relatively small and words get around very fast...

He's alive and shooting stuff on a regular basis as of a few days ago and he's reorganizing his business. That's all I really know.

Has anyone contacted the District Attorney in California? If its a financial fraud, the authorities have made quite an example out of those folks lately.
I am in located in California, if anyone needs to use me as a resource to get in touch with people, I would be more than happy to help out our community. Things like this should not happen without serious consequence.

Yet another reason I don't send money without escrow, just like the sticky on the top of the equipment for hire page.... Because good people can turn bad when they are suddenly rich thanks to you.

none of your transactions were paid for with a credit card that you can file a dispute with?

90 day limit to dispute transactions on Visa and Amex. Both not interested now two years have passed.
