Incorrect Color Temp in Playback

Hi All,

Anybody had this in a Scarlet .....

Recording at 5600K (5600K indicated in the EVF)
Plays back at 3200 (3200 indicated in the metadata)
RAW switched off.

Should playback at 5600K


Can input color temps from 4000K - below / but cannot input color temps 4000K - above (in Live View mode)

Thoughts ?

I can't say I had your exact issue but I did have a problem with color temps (recording at 5600K but playing back at a different K, even in Redcine-X, as I recall) after I had recently upgraded to new firmware on my Scarlet.

A reset of the camera to factory defaults fixed that right up.

We sorted this (Apply image metadata) - 'tick this box' in MEDIA

I'm learning !!

As I don't use the Media menu to access clips that often, I never noticed that box. Good to know.
