What are those mysterious white pixels?!

I always get these round white dots that become more visible after contrast enhancement and show up as bloody big stellar constellations on a cinema screen.
I'm seeing this from day one, despite black shading and other adjustments. Also tried other lenses...
Is this normal? Anyone else seeing this in their footage? Scarlet #986

It looks light light reflecting off of her hair... I don't see anything unusual...
