Just got today my RTmotion mk3 remote follow focus.

The build quality seems to be very good and the design works for me. Unfortunately, I totally forgot to order a Canon LP-E6 battery which is needed to power the controller. As soon as it arrives, I'll post a review with some some photos.

Has anyone else received it? What's your experience with it?

Very interested in your review. I own the original controller and would love to upgrade to the FIZ handset.

I paid £1680 for the mk2.6 package (mk2.6 controller, mk3 motor, mk3 receiver) which they upgraded at no charge to a full mk3 system (mk3 controller / receiver / motor)! You find their prices at rtmotion.com

There were some delays in delivery due to software and hardware development of the mk3 controller (2 months), but they kept me informed all the time.

I also own the RTMotion system, albeit with the mk2.5 controller. I also am looking to upgrade. I posted a review in the off-topic section a while ago!

I ordered in the end of February. Shipment was expected around the end of April since the new mk3 controller wasn't finished. Anyway... not even two months of delays are not so bad considering how long people waited for their Viewfactor WFF.

I just opened my new RT today too. Looks great and I'll give it a whirl next week. Luckily I have the Canon 5DMkii which use the same LP batteries. I'll post my experiences here also.
