Hot Swap Capability of Side Handle

Hi everyone,
I'm getting various reports about the power hot-swap capabilities of the Side handle on the Epic-X.
Being able to have a revolt in the handle, and then hot swap Red Bricks as they die was about the only reason I was keeping it on the body. That feature seems to have gone away recently with one of the latest firmware updates.
Any intel on this would be appreciated.

Happened to me today on a Scarlet.
It worked the first time, not the second...

Guys...there are numerous threads on the forum regarding this very issue. Most users have to send their side-handle in (myself included) for it to work properly. Once you get it back, it works like a charm. File a support ticket, RED will take care of you.
