Red service and customer care is beyond amazing. Name another company that treats their customers to free anything. Thank you.

just FYI had my epic upgraded pre NAB. Redmote reception went from 8 feet to 80. If you have the older red antenna don't hesitate :-)

completely agree but in this case its not really free stuff but a fix for a system that was often unusable.

Got my new antenna yesterday afternoon, I was testing the camera/REDMOTE today to see what I was getting before and was shooting through two walls and it was working and controlling my camera. Installing it tomorrow, excited to see how it will do and just how far it will allow control after installation.

Thank you RED for upgrading the antenna.

    Best,
    Frazier

I'd presume if you didn't get a mail about it, then your camera comes with the new antenna already installed.

Drop your rep a mail to check?

When RED gave me a free upgrade on my R1 audio board they had already clearly stated that they saw in-built audio recording as a scratch track for dual recording, but they still improved it and gave it to me free, including free shipping.

I don't think I could name another company that would do this and and am very grateful and will stay that way.
    I also agree.

Installed new antennae in cameras yesterday... Now when someone asks is the Redmote worth it, I can easily say definitely!
One camera is a shoot... two or more is a production.
