we shot 3D with Red Epics used master&slave giga cable and lockit generators. we had problem with sync all of the lights was green but there were 2-3 frames difference between left&right cameras.
shot more than 40 cards and im adjusting offset frame by frame on RCX.is there any automated method for this??
also few times we had huge problem on frames.Left camera shot 2100 frames Right camera shot 1050 frames..each clip were doubled..any solution for this? i have almost 100 clips like this..

I've experienced this recently too. My problem is that the timecode can be off by one or two frames, causing the automatic frame-offset feature in Make 3D Clip (RCX) to fail . I have an open trouble ticket at the moment - no solution yet.

    Hi Kemalettin,

Even if we can't immediately provide a solution, it gets the issue in our system for further review. And it definitely does not take years to get a reply! For your particular case, and as David has mentioned, we are aware
of a possible issue here and have already been looking into it. Any additional information from yourself would be extremely helpful, allowing the support team to diagnose your setup and look for potential causes.

    Cheers,
    David
