Please send RED tech support a camera LOG file...
Log file sent in but crisis averted on my end.
I have Panasonic BT-LH80WP and BT-LH910G as onboard/portable monitors and BT-LH2550P as client monitor. This morning I was prep'ing with the older LH80WP that was on the shelf and kept getting the 'unsupported signal' error. Plugged the video into the Blackmagic board of my brand new on-set computer and just saw black. Tried different cables, no luck.
Unpacked the other two monitors and I have picture. Went into the BM card settings and checked the "use 1080p instead of 1080psf" option and I am getting picture to the computer too. Looks like I was bitten by the p/psf bug.
No, I instaled the 3.2.13 firmware and nothing works. I'm with the same problem in two scarlets.

Didn't the new build say something about only 1080p being supported? I recall seeing this on that new build no Psf any longer....
SAME PROBLEM HERE !!!!!!
We have never offered PsF output on any of our cameras, our HD-SDI outputs are true Progressive only. So please set your monitoring accordingly. If the monitor says "unsupported format" it's a good bet this selection is what the issue is. Most HD-SDI chip sets do support true Progressive mode as well as the interlace based PsF mode, but some don't which is unfortunate.Didn't the new build say something about only 1080p being supported? If you are seeing issues with 720p out, it may be because your monitor is only capable of accepting 720p / 50.00 or 720p / 59.94 fps. In that case verify that the HD-SDI out from the camera says one of those - it's possible it may be set to 720p / 23.98 and again there are some HD-SDI chips sets that won't accept that signal format.
I seem to remember a RED guy saying that the HDsdi is now 3G - could be your monitors only support 1.5g....
